Project Overview

A high-tech service industry has 600+ workplaces, 200,000+ employees, 10,000+ videos and 6,000+ access controls nationwide. In order to improve the overall security control capability and reduce the operation cost, the user needs to build a set of customized SOC management platform, which integrates Hikvon's ISC monitoring platform, cloud access control system and SSO, as well as various operation data such as premises, visitors, alarms, firefighting, and blacklists, and provides an integrated alarm disposal center based on event linkage scenarios and a large screen for visual data presentation and supervision. Through the collection, analysis and intelligent judgment of security data, it provides management with a basis for decision-making, improves the power and efficiency of security incident disposal, and reduces security operation costs.

Solutions

Based on Airlink's LIVE Intelligent Security Integration Platform, Meituan's national security operation center (SOC) software platform is built on an open architecture design, which realizes rapid integration and application expansion through standard protocols or SDKs. The platform simplifies the integration of online and offline data, rapid mining through customized reports, and continuous evolution of data analysis applications.

Functions include the following:

- Around the alarm event, linkage display vector map, real-time video, event video, and preprogrammed process tips, so that the alarm processing process is unified, efficient and orderly.

- The safety operation big screen comprehensive display platform integrates various operation data statistical reports, combined with operation maps and video surveillance.

- Visually presenting key statistics of safety operations, it can intuitively and efficiently supervise safety operation events nationwide.
