1. Weakness Project Manager
Job Description.
- Lead the project team and manage all phases of the project.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers and obtain and maintain orders to meet annual sales realization and order targets.
- Plan, execute and control project services and deliverables to ensure projects meet all aspects of budget, schedule, quality and performance.
- Apply for project installments and manage cash flow.
- Identify and control commercial and technical risks to the project.
- Organize project progress reporting meetings among project team members and clients, and submit project progress reports to management.
Position Requirements:
1. College degree or above in electronics, automation, mechatronics and other related majors.
2. 5+ years of experience in engineering management in security or related industry with at least 3+ years of experience in the same position.
3. Teamwork spirit and customer-oriented.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 5.
5. Proficient in reading and writing English and Chinese. 6.
6. Proficiency in the use of project management software such as MS Project, Primevera, etc.
7. Holders of intermediate or senior technical titles (specializing in computer, automation and communication information) or holders of construction engineer certificates (specializing in mechanical and electrical) are preferred.

Job Description.
- Program management of the project, including project pre-preparation, on-site coordination report, completion and acceptance, attending regular engineering meetings, managing the project team and subcontractors, and other project related matters.
- Edit and organize project related information, and continuously update client project information.
- Assist the department in filing and organizing client project information.
Position Requirements:
1. College degree or above in electronics, automation, mechatronics and other related majors.
2. More than two years of experience in security or related industry engineering management, familiar with security systems, with system design, installation and construction, system debugging and site management experience is preferred;
3. Excellent project planning, organization, management and coordination skills.
4. Good analyzing and problem solving skills.
